FocusDriven

FocusDriven is a Texas-based advocacy group for victims of motor vehicle crashes involving drivers using cell phone that promotes awareness of the dangers of cell phone distracted driving by putting a human face on the disastrous impact of this behavior, in order to promote corresponding public policies, programs and personal responsibility.

Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT)

TxDOT is committed to making travel as safe as possible for motorists on Texas roadways. Through community safety awareness campaigns, they strive to educate the public on what they can do to make travel safe for them and their families.

Texas Driving Concern

The Texas Driving Concern program for Texas employers is run by the National Safety Council with funding from the Texas Department of Transportation. Their goal is to bring resources to Texas employers and to reduce the impact of traffic crashes, on and off the job.

Stay Alive...Just Drive!

Stay Alive...Just Drive! is a traffic crash prevention, awareness, and education program aimed at curbing distracted driving and promoting safe driving. Originally launched as a grassroots campaign, SAJD has become a nationally recognized program with members and supporting agencies in 15 states.

Teens in the Driver Seat

Teens in the Driver Seat is America's first peer-to-peer safety program for young drivers. The TDS program focuses on the 5 major risks for teen drivers and assessments have shown risk awareness levels increasing by up to 200 percent among participants. Cell phone use at some TDS program schools has been shown to drop by 30 percent, and seat belt use has gone up by over 10 percent.
