Free Distracted Driving Webinar on Thursday
A free webinar (web seminar) will be hosted by Compli, a web-based provider of safety, HR and compliance management software, titled "Distracted Driving - Are You in Compliance?"
The webinar begins at 12 p.m. central time on Thursday, September 22. It wil focus on how to enact and administer cell phone use policies in order to diminish risk. The isses will include "the legal framework and case law regarding employer responsibility for employee cell phone use while driving; designing and administering relevant policies; potential obstacles to successful policy implementation; and cell phone use policy best practices and enforcement."The speakers for the webinar will include Todd Clement of The Clement Firm and Matt Howard the CEO of ZoomSafer.
