State officials have confirmed that traffic fatalities in Texas dropped 11 percent in 2009, which marks the lowest number since 1993.

Famed Plastic Surgeon Drives Over Cliff While Texting
Dr. Frank Ryan, plastic surgeon to the rich and famous, drove his car off of a cliff near his home in Malibu, California. California Hightway Patrol has confirmed that Dr. Ryan was typing out a "tweet" on his phone for his Twitter page when he failed to avoid the cliff.

Male Drivers, Not Taxi Drivers Cause the Most Fatalities in New York City
Although New York taxi drivers are infamous for their reckless driving, a new Department of Transportation study suggests that people should be more worried about males driving their personal cars, especially those making left turns.
